Project support specialists, built from the field up

A specialty contractor delivering safe, responsive construction and commissioning across America's most demanding energy, industrial and data center projects.

Our mission

Sitewide Project Solutions provides project support across every phase of an asset's life: new construction, expansion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, decommissioning, turnaround and routine maintenance. We work directly with owners, EPCs and general contractors who need a partner that can scale quickly without sacrificing safety, workmanship or schedule discipline.

Our leadership and recruitment teams are rooted in craft execution. That field background means we understand what project teams actually need on site: qualified people, clear supervision, tight coordination, reliable documentation and a partner who responds fast when conditions change.

We treat each project as our only project. That philosophy has grown our client base organically across LNG, oil and gas, power and, increasingly, mission-critical data centers.

Safety & Compliance

Safety is everyone's responsibility

Our program combines OSHA reporting, ongoing supervisor training, supplier-platform compliance and a zero-recordable culture across the active portfolio. In 2026 we hold an EMR of 0.69, Highwire Gold status and 100% supervisor training compliance.

How we work

The principles that keep every project moving

Support is structured around your schedule and your site, not an internal process.

We plug into your delivery structure rather than adding a management layer.

One responsive point of contact from planning through turnover.

Quality workmanship that protects testing and commissioning milestones.

Why Sitewide

Built to deliver when the schedule is unforgiving

Rapid mobilization

A pool of 800+ electricians lets us source, vet and mobilize craft fast. On Golden Pass LNG we put 200+ people on site in two weeks.

Safety is mandatory

A 2026 EMR of 0.69, zero OSHA recordables across the active portfolio and 100% supervisor training compliance on every project.

Accountable supervision

Trusted field supervision sits on top of every crew, so work stays coordinated, documented and aligned to your project milestones.

One point of contact

Every awarded project gets a dedicated support team that owns coordination from planning through execution, start to finish.

Live completions visibility

A fully electronic completions platform gives you real-time status on cable schedules, assets, punchlists, test sheets and approvals.
