Oversee electrical and instrumentation scope, schedule and supervisors across a major Louisiana project.
About the role
Sitewide is recruiting an E&I Superintendent to take overall responsibility for the electrical and instrumentation scope on a major project in Louisiana. You will run the E&I schedule, lead a team of supervisors, and be accountable to the project manager and the client for safe, on-time delivery of the discipline.
What you will do
- Own the E&I execution plan, schedule and manpower forecast for the project.
- Lead and develop a team of E&I supervisors and their crews.
- Set the standard for safety, quality and housekeeping across the discipline.
- Interface daily with the client, engineering and other discipline superintendents.
- Manage progress reporting, look-ahead planning and commissioning handover.
What we look for
- Substantial superintendent or senior supervisory experience in E&I on large industrial, petrochemical or energy projects.
- A track record of delivering discipline scopes safely and to schedule.
- Confidence planning work, managing people and reporting to clients.
- Willingness to be based on site for the duration of the project.
